Site selection & due diligence
Analyze site constraints and merits for powered land development with a focus on data center compatibility — evaluating fiber, gas, grid, and renewable optionality, land control, real estate contracts, title research, and environmental studies.
Grid interconnection
Full management of grid power due diligence, utility and ISO interface, load applications, interconnection studies and agreements, power purchase negotiations, and coordination of electrical engineering consultants.
Gas interconnection
Feasibility investigations with pipeline utilities, upgrade studies, cost estimation for pressure stations and laterals, long-term gas contract negotiations, and microgrid design coordination.
Entitlement & permitting
Municipal outreach, zoning and land entitlement execution, site plan approval management, local tax abatement, and air permit application management across all required consultants and agencies.
OEM, EPC & technology
Technology mix evaluation, OEM relationship management (generators, BESS, solar, transformers, fuel cells), microgrid engineering design, capex costing, fiber and water integration, and EPC/supply contract negotiation.
Techno-economic modeling
Model design and technology choices against reliability and cost targets — including grid, power island, and blended cost-of-power scenarios, pro forma development, and microgrid modeling via Xendee software.
Project management & deal support
Full project management documentation, team coordination, construction monitoring, change order review, and deal support including co-locator introductions, EaaS contract structuring, and project financing.
How we work
Powered land stalls in the gaps between disciplines — the utility study that assumed one load profile, the permit that arrived after the equipment order, the pro forma built on a cost of power nobody had negotiated yet. We hold those seams.
EEE Management & Consulting works as an owner's representative: one team accountable for the interconnection queue, the entitlement calendar, the OEM and EPC packages, and the model that ties them together. We bring in specialist consultants where they're needed and manage them against the schedule.
